I want to get at least decently in shape; how I used to be in high school.
This is probably going to be a long road so I've already started; I've cut out soda entirely and minimize the number of other sugary drinks I consume.
The next step is to build my stamina up over the next few months to the point where it isn't pathetic anymore.
My diet may need some adjustment, if I don't start seeing results after 2-3 months of stamina building I will consider a serious change in diet as well.
Once I have a good amount of stamina for light physical exercises, then I can decide if I want to start going to the gym or just make do without equipment.
