Check the Groups tab on your panel and see if you have the Admin display group available and if it is you can click on it, since you are now one. It turns your borders white, and your name will turn white with a subtle glow effect as well once it takes effect. Then everyone in here will recognize you as admin.

The problem is probably already fixed, my disk was full because I didn't want to delete episodes from my 1080p anime collection, already deleted some now.

Also, on the subject of back-burner improvements, I'd reckon it's high time we introduced s'more creature-comforts 'round here. Naturally everything's up in the air, but once we've got the new forum deployed, I'm personally angling to implement the Gallery, add a "Waifu" stat a la Kitsu, and maybe even draft up some awards for people.

I don't really have an idea for what kinda awards we'd give out, though I'd personally appreciate if they weren't meaningless and didn't introduce any impression of hierarchy. (No "2K Posts", no "Member for Three Years".) As for what they'd look like? I'd reckon we could tear one offa AnimeBytes and make 'em candy. Lollipops, cookies, cakes, all that jazz.

I don't think I've ever seen anything better than 1000:1 on an LCD. You'd probably have to go OLED or plasma for a better one.

As someone who does stuff in Photoshop, I really wish I had looked for color accuracy in reviews. My first monitor probably has the best color accuracy, my second does not + it's way too dark, my third is a bit washed out but thats because I haven't bothered to play with the color profile at all. I wish all my monitors displayed color almost equally, but they don't and it can bug the shit out of me if I notice it when moving a window from one monitor to the next.

my panel from 2007 is 750:1, this was 1:450. That's nearly twice as bad even 10 eyars later. 1000:1 is fine, but 450:1 is pretty dubious. If you'll notice it depends on the workload. I definitely notice the difference in contrast between my monitors when comparing the grey/grey contrast on lewd's theme.
