I didn't see this up yet, so what game have you been playing? I've been playing a lot of Mario Maker recently. It's really fun once you get passed all the automatic levels with no gameplay.

Blops3 GITS: Stand Alone Complex First Assault Beginners Guide Dark Souls (PS3) I'd definitely suggest beginners guide to anyone looking for an interesting and introspective kind of game. Aside from that I've been pretty boring. My Steam URL is in my sig if anyone wants to play anything.

The Witcher 3 (PC) Easy 9/10. Everything is so well-placed and meaningful, and the sidequests are truly wonderful. Unfortunately, the controls can be a bit clunky at times, e.g. while riding your horse. Dragon Quest IX (NDS) Pretty hard and fun, interesting world. Catchy soundtrack. 8/10.

I bought myself a 3DS for christmas, so... Xenoblade Chronicles 3D Just getting started, but the story seems good and the characters are pretty likable . Combat system was a little weird at first but i kind of like it now, adds a bit of strategy to the game without being overly complex. Super Smash Brothers 3DS Fun game, can do decent against AI but shit against humans online ;_;

So I picked up a copy of Disgaea 1 and 2 during the Spring Sale on Steam this year. I've been having a lot of fun with it. It's humor is pretty silly but the combat is really rewarding. The story is pretty bland so far but the dialogue is decent. I think this would technically be a SRPG, if you ever played something like final fantasy tactics I think you'll have a pretty good idea of what to expect.

Been playing One Step From Eden as of late. For those who ain't heard of it, the best way I can describe it is "a science-fantasy, grid-based rougelike action RPG with deck-building elements".

It's honestly fun as hell, with a controller. And on sale, last I checked!

I picked up death stranding recently as it was on sale. Its pretty fun despite how mundane it is sometimes. It's pretty refreshing for me personally as I haven't really gotten excited about gaming for a while, and the game seems to be one of the few triple A games that was made with clear artistic intent. I also love the music so much, lol

i've been playing PUBG again recently. it's a fair bit different than i remember, at least in regards to out-of-game systems like levelling/progression, but the actual gameplay loop seems the same with some more options

Recently, I have been playing a lot of Xenonauts 2. Going straight into it on the highest difficulty really scratches that itch of being clueless in the face of an impossible challenge. However, every attempt I do at a campaign I manage to get a little further as I learn how to play better

Other than that I have been playing Counter Strike 2 but I don't have a lot of people to play with, and playing with randoms gets scary sometimes... Not that I'm terrible at the game but you never know when you're going to have a bad game and also an irate teammate at the same time

I remember being into that, kind of lost interest after a while though as there's only so much one can do as a single player. Did manage to win a few times though

Vault94 The issue I always have with PUBG (other than it not running very well), is that it's one of those frustrating games where you can spend the best part of half an hour walking around and preparing yourself just to get killed in one shot.

I've been playing Rimworld recently. Waiting for afternoon shifts to play more VA-11 Hall-A. I like to play it at night and day after day for immersion, but I have to sleep early for morning shifts. Of course, they hit me with three weeks of morning shifts right after I started a new playthrough. I'm out of country for six months or so, maybe even longer, and my laptop can't handle anything more demanding.

I have mixed feelings about Rimworld. On one hand, it's the best game in the genre. On the other hand the game is full of shortcommings, wasted potential and, frankly, weird design decisions. It's certainly one of those games that make me really wish I could make games myself.

Work is a nightmare, period.

There is a lot of things that I dislike about it, way too many to tell you about them all.
Lack of Z-levels, the flatness of Rimworld really gets old fast.
The weird combat system, and how long range weapons are inexplicably ineffective. Your guys can bleed out from a single squirrel scratch, but they can take ten bullet wounds and keep on fighting. A "heavy" SMG deals more damage than an assault rifle. I get that it might be for balance reasons, but it just kills my immersion.
The awful difficulty progression, laughably easy at the start, and just plain cruel later on. Thankfuly this can be tweaked with the custom difficulty, but with how weird the difficulty progression works, it takes a lot of trial and error.
There is a lot of really minor details that annoy me, some major ones, and I guess I really just want a game like rimworld.
I really wish I could make games.
