I'm surprised that the work hours are that long at a paint store! Do you spend a lot of time advising customers?

malmon i'm perfectly qualified to train people since I have a great understanding of everything imo, but I just don't want the responsibility.

As for the long hours, The store is open 70 hours a week, and if I need to be there so shit doesn't burn down yknow. Plus I have to visit jobsites, meetings, deals, etc... there are just always problems going on either w a customer or in the store that I have to fix

COUPLED Ah, it's going okay. Super busy with a big project at work, but at least my flat's nearing completion.

COUPLED My work isn't really affected by holidays as such, rather people want to get a lot of stuff done before Christmas because everyone's off for a week or two. Our commercial team also decided that they want to lauch the product I'm working on in early January.
