  • Lewd Update - New forum software.

I can't tell if it's the new forum software, but a lot of Youtube embeds don't want to work. I tried posting a few things in the music thread, but between the videos not wanting to embed and the stupid new age gate shit I just had to rehost the video.

    Seems to work fine over here. Are you having issues just putting videos in your posts, or do the existing ones not work either?

            Well, your video doesnt seem to work for me, with YouTube saying it's unavailable. Maybe it has embedding disabled?

                It's been a long while, but I tried logging in with my username and password and for whatever reason that failed. Something to do with the site having changed software since I last used it? Anyway, finally decided to just make a new account since I wasn't recovering that one. Just wanted to say forum is neat.

                  kc2n Hmm, I don't think any of the logins changed. Or at least I can't remember them changing. Welcome back, either way~

                      malmon yeah it shouldn't have. I certainly don't remember changing passwords, but I don't always have the best memory. I looked back at some older posts last night too and saw myself tagged as @deleted which also isn't the case considering I got to those threads from looking at the old profile which is still up.

                          kc2n shrugs Maybe the database migration wasn't 100% clean for whatever reason.

                            I always have to click on the top button a few times to refresh the page to make my account sign in after I enter in the information. It will say the account didn't sign in, but after refreshing the page it works. Try doing that.

                            lewd should be a bit faster now, i upgraded the hosting setup a tad

                              Definitely feels more responsive, but the user profile pages and DM functions seem to be broken?

                              The former seems to just give an empty page except for the header and footer unless opened in the same tab from a thread. Trying to write a DM just opens a blank box where the text editor should be.



                              Not sure if it's something wrong on my end tbh.

                                malmon I didn't change any of the code, just hardware. And it seems to work OK for me. Perhaps try logging out and in again? If it continues, it's best to pester clicky.

                                  malmon attempting stuff tomorrow but for now you can pm by going to:
                                  profile > private discussions > discuss privately
                                  (that way should work)
