I'm actually a little bit worried. I moved from Portugal to Spain and i can't find a job here. I'm afraid i need to return.

malmon I'm talking about military service in general, I haven't been recruited yet. I just don't want to do it in any case. So, I need to get some kind of pass for not being recruited. In order to get pass I need to get an education, which will give me ₄ years of spare time. But education here is so silly... But for not to be expelled(otherwise I'll be recruited) I need to pass exams, and in order pass exams I need to a lot of useless stuff. Like, really useless. I work in data engineering field already, but I need to get my useless degree just to avoid military service. And after I'll get the degree, it's not guaranteed to not to be recruited there anyway

Awww man, I am so glad to be done with this week. I've literally been working late every single day. >_<

What's everyone's weekend plans? I'm hoping to read ecchi manga and doujinshi on the new tablet I bought for my Birthday. If anyone has recommendations, I'd love to hear them. ^~^

I find it interesting that I'm inclined to romanticize 2009, one of the most politically and economically tumultuous years in the history of the United States. The nation was reeling from the Great Recession, and the fascists were having constant meltdowns over our first black president. Meanwhile my family was poor, and oftentimes were literally scrounging for change just to buy basic necessities.

I give a lot of credit to my mom for shielding me from all that chaos. Sure do wish she could do the same, today.

I get far too emotionally invested in my search for a new car... :(

Man, have I ever mentioned how I love being schizophrenic~?

I was listening to a song at work earlier today, and randomly started hallucinating. Only instead of anything bad, I saw the main character of this ninja romance anime, attending a summer festival.

What followed were, essentially, stills from an anime - her dressed in a red yukata, shooting targets with a bow, getting splashed with water at the rice paper fish game, and generally being very happy. Seeing that made me happy, so I stood there, replaying the song and remembering the dream for a good fifteen minutes.

It makes me want to write stories in medieval Japan, now... Maybe have some adventures in that setting, too. Not everything needs to be grim and gritty. c:
