Oatmeal has got to be my favortie breakfast. It's weird, but I make it in such a way where the flavor hits just right.
Just do like 2 cups oats, 1 1/4 cup of milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and a mashed banana, heat it up, and you're all set.
It's such a handy dish since it doesn't take long at all to make, but has that "I made something" feeling to it that makes it all the better.
Saving it for later in the same pot you cook it in also rocks.
