Which video player do you use for watching your downloaded anime? I usually use mpv media player and SMPlayer on Linux. When I used Windows 7, I was using the MPC-HC player with Kawaii Codec Pack (KCP).

MPV is a must. If on Windows I also prefer MPC-HC 🙂

I watch my animes on Crunhyroll and/or FUNimation. If the anime I seek isn't available on either app, I go to kissanime.com.

It's rare that I actually download it, but if I do, then I use VLC media player. VLC is like, the greatest of the greatest, with a little great on top. :heart:

I don't really watch too much animu these days, but when I do, I always use either KissAnime's player for streaming, or MPC with the CCCP.

Sadly I'm running on a craptop, so I don't get to use any of the real high-fidelity effects; but it's still leagues ahead of VLC or even Windows Media Player.

I originally installed VLC to view WebMs before I knew you could just open them with a browser and kept it around to watch anime on. Recently decided to try out MPC after VLC finally hiccuped on me during an anime.

I recently discovered that it's incredibly easy to convert MKVs into a format the PS3 can stream so I've been messing around with that lately. Anime looks pretty good on a big TV.

MPC-HC with the Smooth Video Project running at 60FPS. Save some specialized hardware, a good TV, or a short clip interpolated in Twixtor, nothing else comes close. :3
