So do you guys hide your power level in publi?, or are you open about your love for anime, manga and other weeaboo shit? I never really saw the point in being a closet anime fan, seems kind of lame and insecure to me. But of course, if you're too open about it and force it on others you'll just look like a massive faggot. I'm pretty open about it myself, I don't try to hide anything but I try not to talk about it with normies or people who have only seen anime aired on western T.V.

Let's just say I'm open about it but I don't run around like a mongoloid screaming "o0Oo0o00O0oooO0O0OHHH FUCK YEAH DUDE ANIME IS THE FUCKIN BEST HAHAH IM SUCH A WEEB XDDDDD HAHAHAH", but like 70 percent of the people here that do watch it are like that.

I don't have any qualms about talking about it, but I wouldn't really bring it up in casual conversation unless someone else already did. Have a some friends who do and don't.

So long as they don't come to my apartment, I keep my power levels on the down low. Other than that I only bring anime (outside of friends) if the person I'm talking to it up, or if I'm certain that they do in which case I'll throw out some highly praised manga like Monster.

My phone has rotating anime wallpapers. I talk to people in public about anime. Honestly I don't see a point in hiding your interest in anime, or anything really. Would be the same as saying those who talk about Game of Thrones in public, and have merch should be embarassed because they're interested in it. Just an interest, and we all have different interests.

I do not hide my power level but you wont see me wearing a fox tail or cat ears like some of the people I know do. I have a couple shirts that are references to anime but they are pretty subtle. I don't actively hide any of my interests but I respect that there are a lot of people that don't care for my interests. I love Anime and I'm perfectly fine with talking about it in public, but I can't stand the typical "LOL guiz i'm such le weeb" who has an Attack on Titan shirt.

I usually don't bring it up myself, since I have plenty of other interests...heck, I'm more of an otaku about Medieval/renaissance warfare, history, language and sports stuff. I will however explain, that I listen to jap music and like some jap art, go to the summer festival our jap embassy organises and sometimes make jap sweets and dishes. That's enough of a show of power level in my mind, any further and sensors will malfunction.

If somebody mentions manga, anime, lns, I am completely open about it.

The only person I knew that watched anime was my coke dealer, and around him, I wouldn't really hide it that much. I don't do drugs anymore, and don't see him, so I have no friends that watch anime as of now. I don't talk about it at all.

I don't really like to wear clothes with overt branding in general for the most part, so I don't tend to go around with obvious signs of my interests on me. I also tend not to bring much up in conversation, but that's because of reasons that prevent me from actually talking to people much other than my family, like being in the middle of nowhere. I should get to work making things publish to get money for a car for going out, but that's straying off topic.
