Hey, all!  I just finished episode 12 of 13 of this anime and I'm considering dropping it.  The 23 minutes it would take to watch the last episode, I feel, was better spent creating this image, which gives it a title that best expresses my feelings.  I didn't want to write a review because that's @ Nanashi's  thing (who's awesome at it! You should check it out if you haven't THE MASOCHIST'S CORNER ), and I didn't want to take that away. I instead decided to dedicate this thread to anime "box art" that's reworked and re-titled to better express your own personal feelings.  Remember, it's not about your Photoshop skills, it's about getting the idea across.  Don't be afraid to contribute!  Please don't take offense, everyone's got their own personal tastes.

I honestly enjoyed the show, but this still gave me a good laugh. You should do more of these.

Souv wrote I honestly enjoyed the show, but this still gave me a good laugh. You should do more of these. Thanks 🙂 Â Seriously though, that's what I found most frustrating. Â I REALLY like the characters, I REALLY like the use of RPG and gaming tropes, but the story just fell flat. Â I feel like they were pacing this to be a 60 episode anime, but decided to start with a 13 ep mini season. Â Oh well... it's super popular so maybe season 2 will fill in what's missing for me.

losi wrote I tried. Lokorfi wrote losi wrote I tried. These points are very fucking valid. It is heavily implied they had sex in the anime and they did in the novel.

I made this in honor of Souv and Bl33r.

Yeah for real I did not even know the series ended. I was looking for episode 14 like what the fuck happens now? They did not even wrap anything up. It just ended like a normal episode would.

Photoshop Thread: If anime had more honest titles.

I finally sat down and watched the last episode of that cursed anime >_<...  Just as I thought, once again another episode that was so inoffensive it was boring. They beat the "bad guy" who came out of nowhere. They explained NOTHING about where it really came from or why.  They made several comments that alluded to "there's something bigger going on," but they refused to clue the audience into what those things may be. It was just a haphazard deus ex machina style conclusion that made me feel stupid for ever being interested.

I feel like this entire series was rewritten in a weekend to spite the original creator who was fired for making something too grandiose.  This show could have been soooo much more 🙁

On the bright side it's finally over...

Clare

I like how Kanokon is that bad, it's become a Lewd meme.

Yeah... sorry I haven't been doing well to keep this thread alive. It's just that it requires me to watch most of a series that I don't like AND make a photoshop.

I will post one tonight 🙂

It's actually called Kampfer.

The plot revolves around Natsuru SenÅ, a normal high school boy with blue hair. One day he wakes up and found himself turned into a girl. A stuffed tiger "Harakiri Tora" comes to life and tells him that he has been chosen as one of the "Kämpfer", a female fighter. The Kämpfer are destined to fight with other Kämpfer. The story starts when he is attacked by an unknown girl who happens to also be a Kämpfer.

What they call it.

What they should call it:

This show is about a bunch of girls with airsoft guns.  One of them is bad, then gets obsessed with being good. Then she's a bitch to her friends because they aren't also obsessed.Â

Sit through 14 episodes developing that tiny story arc.
Positives: It has one trap, one time. It features lolis with guns in one piece bathing suits, one time.

I watched this one and kinda enjoyed it tbh. What pissed me off was the MC's attitude though.

same.... i liked it well enough, but I couldn't stand the MC.  She went from very likable and endearing to just horrible.
