Oh, that? It's a Rainmeter addon called GameBanners. Pretty cool if you ask me. If you click on any of those banners it runs the game, as long as you have the correct path/steam appid specified. And if there's no banner for the game you want, you can always create one. As I did. o
And not really, my system works as fast as ever. I mean, since it's 8.1, it doesn't really work fast at all, but the mods aren't really slowing it any further. If anything, it's the damn system itself.
