One of mine is the day/night cycle. The faster the days pass the more conscious I am of actual time passing as I waste my time playing games. Also if it is important to do something before nightfall then starting on that task at any time besides sunrise feels suboptimal. It makes me feel rushed all the time.

abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz Crafting. Nothing irks me more than poorly implemented and completey useless crafting system in games which don't need it.
Multiple currencies. Seems to be a common thing with strategy and gacha, but pay-to-win games are the biggest offendors. Having to manage multiple different resource types depending on what you want to spend them on and calculate stuff between them just isn't fun.
Wrecks face in fight, barely wins and/or loses in story.
Absolutely terrible. If your guy is meant to be unbeatable, make them unbeatable.
