Scrollbar positioning is suboptimal

Whenever I open a thread with more than a few posts, the timeline/scroll bar is a lot more squished than I am used to seeing on flarum/discourse.

We could probably move reply/follow up a few hundred px on the screen to allow a bigger scrolling area.

Looks like either you changed it or it stopped being bugged? for me. Either way, thanks.

It looks about the same for me on 100%, but zooming does definitely seem to make the scrollbar practically useless. Not sure why we couldn't just use the full height of the viewport.

I'm at 1920x1080.
