I only got two hours last night, and compensate with six cups of coffee.

Isran from the Dawnguard DLC no matter what version have a perfect way of saying this if the player tries to interact with him when not in his active hours. I gotta say, it's ironic that NPCs do need sleep, that's why they have programmed schedules.
I wish I could sleep
I have to get at least 8 hours or my body will force me to shut down whenever possible. This happened at school and even on trips. If I only got 6 hours or so, if I ever had to hold still, I'd usually find a way to fall asleep in my chair. Even if someone was talking or I was in a lecture, my body finds a way.
Since I could talk about sleep for a while, another thing that's great about it is waking up from it in the morning. You never feel as comfortable in the day as when you wake up in the morning, at least that how it is for me. I always like to give myself like 5 minutes to just lay there and really bask in the feeling. The only problem is that sometimes it leads to me falling back asleep. But some great things you can't have without risk.
mnl I do make sure to get in my sleep, I don't think my body would let me get away with not getting enough. I also have had for the last while a much looser schedule since 2020 and that really helps. I attended classes in person before that and I have to wake up for a 7:30 english class, which was then followed by a 9:00 math class. The math class I took was really boring though, and was at too slow of a pace usually (They went through what seemed like 5 questions for 1 hr and 15 mintues of time). And that usually lead to me falling asleep in the class. I still did well in the class though, as my math skills aren't too lacking.
There was another time where I had an english presentation that was for the same class I mentioned earlier, and I somehow neglected to set my alarm. I work up at about 8:00, panicked, and rushed to class as fast as I could. Luckily, I was scheduled for my presentation for later in the class, and was able to make it in time for things to go smoothly. It was a miricle my body somehow woke me up at 8:00, as if given the chance during that time, my body usually would have slept in at least until 9.
For a change I am actually getting enough sleep! Sleeping at 10 or 11 feels good. Maybe not having my phone next to my bed is also helping.
