i've been starting to order nootropics, and have found pretty good results with them so far.

Caffiene + L-theanine - this has been really good for me in the past, has legitimately improved my focus on tasks by making my mind wander less.
N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) - i personally haven't tried this yet myself, but a friend swears by it, it apparently counteracts anxiety, depression, addiction, ocd, and more
does anyone else have any experience with nootropics?
