It's been over three years in the making, but welcome to 2lewd. Somehow I have put my ADD aside and managed to work on it enough to be satisfied enough to release it. You will notice that some things are gone, some intentionally, and some not complete. Gone intentionally: Group colours - the free groups were predominantly used for different coloured usernames, this sucked, so now groups no longer have colours. Board statistics - some forum owners are kinda cringe and care more about gaining stats from their members over having quality discussions/making good friends, removing the stats is my way of saying i couldn't care less about arbitrary numbers, they don't define whether this forum is good or not. Reputation - everyone is equal on lewd, i had the highest rep because i own lewd, that doesn't sit right with me. the reputation system will be re-released eventually, just as profile comments, with no +/- statistics. New Reply Page - use the quickreply lmao Will be back: Love! - the "love post" system will be back, it is just incomplete at the moment. All previous love given/received data is still stored. Many small javascript features Eventual changes: Inactive groups purged/merged soon - any inactive custom groups will be deleted, only active ones remaining - unless the content of either is something that the rest of the community can appreciate, then it will either be turned into a new category or merged into an existing category. New stuff: Username Colours - in your profile settings, you can change your username to any colour - please don't abuse this with unreadable username colours. Profile Backgrounds - they're back! set your background to any image hosted on imgur (as long as it's under 1.5MB). Twitch Emotes - Kappa PogChamp monkaS - let me know if there's any emotes that you'd like added Random Banner Logo - it's back! give me more banners to add, they must be 323x150px and safe for work. The theme - are you blind lmao? The light theme - switch to it in your settings! As always, there's going to be a tonne of bugs - be sure to nag me about them. If you can't login or something, hmu on Discord: Clickbait#2333

Clickbait wrote >grinds and makes sure that theme is finished >"REE WHERE IS X EXTRA THING" cmonBruh Sorry D: just thought maybe I could make awards for stuff like post milestones or something more bigger than post count, like if we do contests 😃

It looks kinda better this way tbh, just asking. The dark theme is so damn cute. <3

I'm not too sure about foregoing signatures, honestly. Forums have always allowed users to claim that little parcel of identity below their post, and foregoing it would make the place seem threadbare.

Forums tend to go this way for a long time now i guess. I'm from the old school and i'm used to siggies and stuff but changes do happen.

I've always been impartial to signatures so I don't mind the absence. I do think we should at least have custom user titles displayed.

I also wonder how deep we can go with quoting now.

What's this? OwO Also, we're facing 2 problems already. Look at the reply button on mobile/mobile desktop site:

Profile Backgrounds - they're back! set your background to any image hosted on imgur (as long as it's under 1.5MB).

Since I can't type any text outside of the quote box on mobile, this will have to do:

First of all, yay~

Must they be from imgur? What about other sites like catbox or 0x0?

Also, I can't remove the text from the reply box on Android by selecting a bunch then hitting backspace, if the left selecty thing was moved last.

umu

profiles are partially invisible on best theme

edited your post. i need to figure out how to make it mobile friendly D:

>must they be from imgur
yep, they must. i didn't want to have a tonne of hosts that'd end up with dead links, so chose one that is pretty universal and will likely not be going down in the next 10 years

>I can't remove the text from the reply box
this editor thing SUCKS on mobile

Wouldn't the better solution be to rehost the images on lewd?

Admit it, you were afraid of being overtaken~

eh, current solution is fine for now. easy af to deal with, doesn't require any disk space and isn't too inconvenient to use.
