I found another close call article, in Aichi from a few weeks back on an art exhibit museum that isn't an anime-related studio and it doesn't have anime in it. Since Japan's laws about guns is super strict unlike America, that's why most crimes though nearly non-existent as you would think usually resorts to stabbing, pushing, blunt, chemical abuse, or fire, and such incidents don't grab that much media attention because it doesn't outright kill. Few people in that country do have guns but not as impulsive and far rarer to encounter while touring.

So now, it is not just anime or game studios, but just about any cultural heritage building in Japan becoming risk areas for forced obstruction of business incidents, guess I will have to change the title a bit to reflect this.
