Looks quite nice! Though I think the jewel itself needs to look a bit more three dimensional.

Thats what im thinking too but im not sure what i could do... it lowkey bugs me cuz im trying hard to make the shikon no tama ;-;

Try removing the gray background

Already looks much better!

Now you probably need to change those reflections a little to make it look like it isn't just flat at the edges

I still need to change the other reflections but I did add a overlay on top of the whole thing to make it look like it has more depth, thoughts?

Hmm, i think it looked a little nicer before. The nebulae seem to just get covered up by clouds now.

I think i agree, imma lower the opacity a lil bit on it because it takes away from that whole tainted with malice look, I'll ethier post more progress tonight or tomorrow, taking a small day break so i don't go crazy

Hi hi, been a minute I know, I took a break and went on vacation so I could come back feeling refreshed. Here is an update on the picture, I've done a few things with it but the big thing is adding some blur effects to the picture to add a more glassy look, thoughts?

I think, what you need is not more blur, but more detail.

I recommend you to try to download this type of template on the internet and try to play with it, so you can understand how to make detail faster.
