I'd personally make The Manga Guide to Angular! Can't say I've read one of these things before, though I did peruse The Life-Changing Manga of Tidying Up, which adapts the similarly-named book by Marie Kondo.
In my book, I'd cast two main characters: An astroengineer (Let's call her... Sophie!), and a tangible holographic AI known as *Engi-chan (nifty little pun on both Angular's preferred abbreviation of "ng", and "Engineer"). You know she's an AI since she has that silent asterisk in her name, something I totally didn't rip off from Analog: A Hate Story.
The rest of the details are rather fuzzy, but I imagine the primary plot device would be Sophie's projects as an astroengineer. Drafting modular space stations would be a decent metaphor for Angular's components feature, while providers and pipes could be introduced by organizing mining robots and refineries for a new colony. All interspersed with code samples and exercises themed towards that particular chapter.
Shoot, I'd read it. Half the fun of these guides is seeing how they teach complex concepts like this. Best of luck with writing yours, by the way. 🙂
