I think it's pretty lewd, has some lewd CG on the first 3 parts and on the UE4 part it's not as lewd.
It has a lot of references to anime like Fate, DBZ and a lot of others, and games like Skyrim, etc, and has about 20 hours of gameplay.
Of course it could never be compared to games like Tears To Tiara, Kamidori Alchemy Meister or Muv Luv, so I'm not sure if it's worth playing for most people, unless you fit in the very specific niche:
All girls(almost no exception) are deredere towards the protagonist, i.e harem
It has a theme appealing to the size fetish, that means that the heroines are at least several times taller in size than the protagonist
Obviously, lewd knowledge required (aka either playing anime games or watching anime)
There are a lot of joke references that blend in the game world, but if you can spot them they will probably be rewarding, e.g one character is a Demon Lord named Arnice and say some lines from Nights of Azure, or the guards saying they took bolts in their shoulders instead of arrow in the knee.
The protagonist is weak while his servants are very strong, like a king and a powerful harem army.
