Before I officially begin the halftime battle, let us do a quick poll to see who will have more support when the RP'ing starts. The two of us are NOT allowed to self-vote in any of the three options.
Majority voting for Lucian and the battle will start at full health (200,000,000), or voting for Malmon if you want me to start the battle with only his avatar present, taking away the clone army and the unnecessary HP to make it 10,000.
If the majority votes for the neither option or is tied for both players when the poll ends, the battle will begin with 2,000,000 health instead, as if Misaka's clones will start with 99% less health, along with limiting her power potential.
