The first half of Meddle is "old" pink floyd trying to find their way, then they all come together and produce this amazing masterpiece out of the hat which is still one of of not the best song they've made to date. Seems all the characters have a lot of fun on that one! I'm beyond mere words. 10/10 Now for my turn, this guy's the master in the rhythm and blues back in the early 90's that it went to 4th place for nearly half a year straight, and one of the best singles at the time. Unmistakable 80's vibe to it. Not sure I could listen to it a bunch like some other 80's songs, but it was definitely good and I enjoyed it quite a bit. 8/10.

Hard electronica like that has never been my cuppa tea. Then again, that's exactly the kind of music I used to hear while no-lifing Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 on my mom's PC back in the day, so it scores some major nostalgia points. I don't think I'm qualified to give a rating, but my gut instinct's a solid eight outta ten.

Conversely, here's a song that helps me wind down after a long and eventful day. Cryin' shame the artist took his own life, I'd loved his work from the very start.

10/10 - A fascinating piece. It sounds exactly like 1960's American pop, yet apparently came out ten years later. The end result is incredibly soothing. I found myself relaxing my eyes, swaying in tune with the beat, and the soaring crescendos of her voice transported me to an imagined future, where mankind launched hundreds of gleaming chrome starships to explore a vast and infinite cosmos.

10/10 - It's funny, I coulda sworn I rated that exact same piece earlier in this very thread. Regardless, I'd reckon it's aged like a fine wine in my mind. Combined with the album cover, I'm imagining the finale of some sci-fi anime rom-com, where the star-crossed lovers get together despite everything being against them. It's quite nice. thank you AIO-kun. ^^

Also, two things! First, I always get all my favorite music from AMVs, and second, AVICII was great! I'll admit I haven't listened to his entire discography, but it's clear from his hits that he put his soul into his work. I daresay part of me wants to imagine he left us not because of depression and worsening health issues, but because he'd said everything he wanted to say.
