It could be that the original uploader of that video from the country that blocks it against you is geo-restricted, licensing reasons or simply does not made one for users in your country yet. It uses your IP to determine if the video you're trying to watch is safe to view or not according to respective laws.

I really do love the holidays. Hearing this song in the distance, whilst gazing up at a giant Christmas tree on a frigid winter's night, I can't help but feel connected to every living being nearby. I'd describe it as wonderful. Maybe even magical.
