The whole world back in the 30's-40's would've been messed up in a non-historical RNG way if anime and magic were involved.
Fun fact: If it weren't for the development of the infamous superweapon out of a secret project, the Axis would've split everything into thirds, we get no peace, and the baby boom generation wouldn't even happen.
Not a perfect anime mod solution as there are a few noticeable errors, but still a bit of ways from a complete transformation.
