Incompetence of Co-workers

I started a new job today at a somewhat well known resturaunt in my city, and I am frankly astonished at the sheer incompetence of many of the servers. Either that or they simply refuse to do their job correctly. I talked to the head chef and he said that managment is working on replacing many of them, but jesus christ I wonder how they got the job in the first place if they struggle to ring in a single order correctly a single time.

Anyone else want to complain about stupid co-workers?

From the sound of it, they might've just been hired to fill vacant spots for the time being. What kind of a restuarant is it?

It's called mortons, it's a fancy expensive chain steakhouse kinda joint.
