Hello, welcome to Lewd!

Groups are sort of just smaller subforums that revolve around some specific subject. The only reason I personally find them useful is that they're not publically accessible, but otherwise I'm not really too sure why they're a thing.

I doubt anyone here will give you an AB invite just like that, since they're not supposed to be publicly offered.
