That's really solid, most people would believe you to be a native speaker with that kind of score, so long as you don't have some kind of obvious accent.

I honestly don't ever remember sort of automatically thinking in Polish. I can think in Polish if I actively make myself, but it's just easier to stick to English.

I think it was pretty generous. If I had any talent here it was more at recognizing the connotation and "feeling" of words than their exact meanings.

Jejune is one of my favorite words. It just sounds so unique. Not a great example of the "feeling" of the word matching its meaning though; it sounds very exceptional and beautiful to me when its meaning is exactly the opposite.

Man, I don't like the way this test is designed. Some of the time, you can suss out the correct answer to an unfamiliar word by its part of speech. Sometimes, synonyms have tenuous connections at best, and in once case there were two good antonyms for a word because of its different meanings.

That said, I got 5.14%.

There should really be an option for "Don't know" as well.

If you thought the vocabularly test was designed poorly at times just take a look at the site's geography test. Someone sure had a field day with that one.

Oh yeah, that one's pretty bad. Most of the time, all the options are from different regions, so you can guess just by that. I managed to get 100% without having even heard of many of the countries! It's also weird how all the maps, even those of different regions, use different colors and such.
