Help with Design (jacket)

ok im gonna make it clear as possible..

I was thinking to making a jacket with animu pic ..
But the thing is i dont know how to design the pic for the jacket (fitting it) and also i dont know what material that fits for it (like waterproof )
i wanted to ask for help so im asking it here..

so can anybody help me with it ??
and also im looking for a jacket template ;w;

Yeah man, you'll need to be a bit more specific. Do you just want to put some patches and stuff on a jacket? If so, you could always just buy a plain jacket and sew them on.
