am talking to cloudflare support now, it was due to some asshats uploading viruses. i'll be whitelisting file types once i get home from work.
this is resolved now, talked it out with cloudflare; they basically just wanted to know what I plan on doing about the viruses.

media filetypes. you'll still be able to upload/download everything else, but you'll need to complete a captcha to download it
