This is why I say that if light themes "hurt your eyes" you should fix your monitor not change your theme... Ideally dark and light theme should look great tho.
Yeah. My old settings are extreme now that I have a comparison. I agree though, often times it is the settings, but I also thought it could be because I sit in front of my computer for 8+ hours a day and it eventually just hurts my eyes.
I feel like the grey should look fine on this new monitor, but the blacks and what not are super dark. Still need to work on getting it just right.
