Probably vanilla, but I like to try fancy flavours more; like, I had salted caramel with macadamia nuts not long ago and it was p amazing.

Vanilla is perfect IMO. Despite its reputation, it's an extremely unique flavor you'd be hard-pressed to find anywhere else.
That said, banana ice cream is my personal fave. Especially if it's extra creamy and served on the verge of melting.
