The image proxy is back. This time it's a little more forgiving and works a lot more times than it used to.
The images are cached on the server and are displayed through our static content domain (which is a domain setup to run nothing but static files using apache2 with the pagespeed module).
Lazy loading will be coming back very soon, and a URL shortener is on the way.
