So why is Windows 10 the superior OS again? Please tell me.
"If you've upgraded your older version of Windows OS to an all new Windows 10 operating system then you may have noticed an advertisement appearing on your desktop or laptop’s lock screen over the past couple of days.
Yes, this is what Microsoft has chosen to generate revenue after offering Free Windows 10 Download to its users: Monetize the Lock Screen."

I noticed this at work today.
What the hell is this? Surely they aren't allowed to do this to everyone? A free upgrade is a free upgrade, they can't then add advertisements etc and use that to make money!

Uh... Yeah they can.
Also if this is the style of advertisement, and it really doesn't interfere with me logging in I might just turn em on. :steve: Pretty slick lock screen bg.

I skimmed but I will check it out now, thanks!
I tried to download the windows 10 amd regretted it afterwards. I went back to the system I was currently using. It messed up my laptop and audio. This may be because I am not familiar with setting up computers or laptops. Anyone else have trouble with the windows 10?

My Windows 10 transition has been fairly smooth, and quite enjoyable. No complaints from me.
Transition to Windows 10 was great for me, followed Barnacules Nerdgasm's video on how to turn off the privacy issue-related stuff, and no issues. Well, besides the odd glitch here and there, but those have been ironed out since release, mostly.
oh wow that's weird. I haven't seen it yet but ayo it doesn't really bother me so long as it doesnt play audio
