Tuna is nice if you get the right cut.

If you get it near the fin its super firm (best), anywhere else like the fillet and it melts in your mouth

just go to the farmers market and get a fillet of tuna. 9am is good since the fish are freshy caught, get to know them as well for the OP discounts and favoritism

mix up some hot rice with rice viniger, sugar and water. mold to rectangle blobs.

Yup one of my summer jobs was doing sushi in front of people that asked it on front of restaurant on the Beach,like free samples, it's quite hard the first times, but once you get it rolling you can make billions a day XD
