I posted my new desk set up on Kitsu, and my keyboard garnered a wee bit of interest.
I use a Unicomp Classic. A modern day IBM Model M, not a replica, as it's made by some of the same people and using mostly the same tooling that was used to make the Model M (the later models).

I got it without windows keys for the full retro effect, and really, I haven't missed them at all.
I also swapped around the Caps, Ctrl, and Alt keys, because who actually needs the caps right next to the A key where it can be accidentally pressed, (but I still press the Ctrl key again if, I miss press it, out of habit.)
Speaking of the keys, the keycaps are two part dye sublimated pbt, iirc. Really nice.
This is my absolute favourite keyboard.
