What you can view above is a concept which I created to demonstrated the changes that I believe should be made to the current profile page. The changes aren't huge, but they are very well needed. Currently the header on the profile page is a mess, hard to read and just looks plain awkward. Along with that, it also demonstrates another idea I had, make the background outside of the main container a shade of fairly light grey (or a pattern) while keeping the main container pure white. Note! I didn't code this, this is only a PSD file I created, a concept.

I forgot to mention, the empty space in the right was meant to be a comment system but I was out of ideas as how to style it, so I left it blank. A comment system that allows other members to leave comments at each other's profiles. (Can be anything really.) Glad you liked it, I was trying to make a concept for a post-bit too, but dunno how that is coming along.

It allows for people to give a public opinion on someone (as long as they stay within the rules) along with the ability to give someone a personal message even if they have turned off private messages. It could also serve as a location to congratulate a user on their birthday or something alike that.

MyBB already has a Friend List option, called Buddy List, that can easily be modified to become a better "Friend List".

I addressed that in a later post (on this thread) it was meant to be the location of a profile comment system, couldn't figure out the styling so I left it empty for now.
