I personally don't wear this fashion but I love looking at street snaps online of the cute Japanese boys and girls who wear this style. The style consists of wearing lots and lots of bright (or pastel) colors. To achieve that look many of them wear tons and tons of hair clips and accessories. Here is a really interesting documentary about Decora fashion. They say it can take 2-3 hours to put on all of their accessories. YIKES.
