So. Anime OST is a big thing. And a pretty wonderful thing. Any favorites? Some of the anime containing the best OST out there, imo, are Zetsuen no Tempest(not only does it have a great contemporary soundtrack, but it has an /amazing/ classically-inspired orchestral soundtrack), and Angel Beats(anyone who's seen it will probably know why).

Bleach's opening has been one of my favorites Hoki Boshi by Younha, Shojo S by Scandal, Velonica by Aqua Times, etc. For Naruto, I like Blue Bird by Ikimonogakari.

Obviously, from my name and icon, I am biased saying this... but the SKU (or RGU) OST is amazing. The music ranges from hard rock to classical and is composed so intricately. The scores and songs from the show still give me feelings I felt when I experienced the anime for the first time. My favorite song (which is actually from the movie) is called Toki ni ai wa:
