Which mangas did you first read?

Which manga or first few mangas did you first read? My first manga was Uzumaki. It was a short disturbing, horror manga. I though it was pretty awesome and then went on to read Death Note. I'm sure you all know how great Death Note is. I wish I could erase my memory of it and reread it all over again.

I've never read Death Note, I figured the anime was enough for me, it seems like one of those kind of series. I think that my first manga was Skip Beat, it hooked me pretty bad, I remember that when I got caught up to the current chapter I was depressed for like a week.

First 3 manga were One Piece, Ranma 1/2, and Kenichi: History's Strongest Disciple.

I started with Naruto I think, or maybe it was Bleach. Don't remember anymore, but on your average day I read about 100-300 chapters of manga a day. (I am fast reader.) So you can say that whatever it was that started it, it did a hella good job at getting me addicted to it.

The very first raw manga I flipped through was Dragon ball. My cousin insisted I would be amused without reading it. I ended up renting the anime series instead of waiting for the translated manga.

I first read GTO and Petshop of Horrors. I bought them at Kinokuniya.

Dragonball, I'm pretty sure. A loooong time ago. No clue how I got it. The first scanlation site I remember visiting was Toriyama's World, about a billion years ago, when they got started on Naruto localization. That's right, i liked it BEFORE it was cool. And got... rather lame.

I know I read a few of the Toriyama one-shots on TW back then, too, possibly before I ever touched Dragonball or Naruto, but I'll be damned if I remember the actual order.

I remember going to the local Library and seeing this weird shit that was backwards.. I flicked through and ended up taking it home.

I sat and read through it and loved it.. The addiction started there :tehe:
