Linux vs Mac OS X vs Windows

I personally like Linux -> Windows 7 ->Windows XP -> Mac OS X -> Windows 10 -> Windows Vista -> Windows 8

Since this is a discussion forum and this thread is just intended to get the section going, post your favorite operating system and give a small summary on why you prefer that system.

Windows - not the best system out there by any standards; but plays like every program - unlike other operating systems. In a perfect world where any program works on any os then I would switch to MAC or ubuntu in a heartbeat :3

I loved win 7, hated everything else.

El Capitan is actually pretty nice. Still I think Windows 7 is the ultimate os. But Mac is has come a long way 😃
