There are like thousands of anime out there with only a handful of being good. But then there are some that are exceptionally well done that makes you keep coming back to it. It's six episodes long so there's no point in explaining it... but you SHOULD watch it. It's like Gurren Lagann... so if you liked that, you should watch Fooly Cooly. Here's an AMV featuring the ending song to each episode. It's really good and depicts the anime fairly well without ruining anything. Have a watch, it's just over 2 minutes long. People tend to say they cried at the end, but it's like.. how did you even grow to care /that/ much for the characters at that point? Even Angel Beats did a much better job conveying as many characters as possible in the shortest amount of time.

Either Naruto or Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood as both are the only two series I barely moved while watching the first time around. Death Note would be somewhat high up though, same with Higurashi.

Yeah, repeating 2 years of college to learn about yourself is good. Live your life as you please and just make sure you are happy with it. It kinda reminded me to NHK too and i'm particulary emotionally attached to both of them.

Exactly. I have read/seen every version of Welcome to the N.H.K(I think I said it was my favorite in this thread.) I just found the translation the the Tatami Galaxy novel, which is cool but I hate reading from a computer.

The novel was my favorite iteration of N.H.K but I saw the anime first and fell in love.

Hmm, I honestly don't remember the manga too much but I do remember that right after reading it I liked the anime better I just don't know why. The only thing I hated about the anime was the stupid pyramid scheme plot. I feel like time was wasted on it. Hbu?

I really need to explain some stuff before so here it goes:

First things first. I hate Misaki, i don't like her not even in the Manga where she was more of an adult. I haven't read the book and...
[spoiler]The suicide scene wasn't pictured in the obvious way like in the anime.[/spoiler]
I really feel that the manga detailed a lot more about their relationship (which i don't really care honestly) so the anime adapts better my favorite parts.

My opinion is based in character liking, i don't really have a preference about a slow or a fast show as long as you get to understand the whole thing.
