Just asking the few new people who might see this thread, do you have anything you think would be a good idea for the forum?

Alerts when you're quoted would be cool.

Joey wrote Alerts when you're quoted would be cool. Alerts should be there now. :ahn: Keep the suggestions cumming, guys!

A Japanese history section. I don't know about anyone else but I'm intrigued about it. I'd happily share the story between Amaterasu & Susasan-o, the importance they hold in Japanese mythology.

Looks good, thanks for fixing that! :tehe:

Just throwing it out there, would you guys like to see a "likes" system or something similar?

Fox wrote Just throwing it out there, would you guys like to see a "likes" system or something similar? We really don't need it tbh. I don't think it's really necessary.

We could have a status updates system implemented; it would make the main page a bit more social. Just a thought, not really a necessity.

What would you like to see?

You can navigate to your posts from your profile, but maybe you would like to have a link for it up in the navigation bar?

I personally do not like chat rooms on forums at all.
It kind of defeats the purpose of using the forums to talk to each other.

I'm just not a fan of the time it takes to compose a message everytime.

Maybe a shoutbox could help?

At the moment, I think we're good, just need a growing community to see post activity and such.
I think the website has a lot of great sections.

Advertising is nice, but we need a strong initiative to keep people coming back.
