Yeah, you could. It is in fact running an ARM based Debian fork, so you have access to the standard set of Debian+GNU utilities, such as openSSH, and most likely even a VNC/RDP viewer. I bet you could also get openXenManager to run on it (depending on the python libraries it requires, I haven't checked) if you run XenServer on any x86 based machines.
