Sorry if there's already a thread for this, I tried to use the search function and got a 404
I don't know how to use spoiler tags, you have been warned
Anyway, I finished the game just recently, played through the ending to see what would have happened if I reversed my choice
19 year old male here, I cried like a bitch.
It felt like one of my friends had died, a death I initially prevented (denial) then I got pissed off that I'd been forced to make the choice at all (anger)
Tried going back and changing shit so she could make it out alive (bargaining) Before taking the option I knew I had to, and crying like a bitch over it (depression)
then after a while I was okay (Acceptance)
I've never had a game have that profound of an impact on me, but to bring me to tears like that is unheard of.
I just went through the five stages of grief over a video game
So if you're into telltale-ish narrative focused games, play Life is Strange, I give it a 9/10
If you have played it, what was your opinion on it?
