First of all, most website builders are crap, don't use them.
Second, you aren't going to get a domain or any kind of hosting suitible for your idea of a website for free - unless you can pull in generosity or a favour from a friend.
Being realistic, it doesn't seem like you know what you're doing, and you'll have to find someone to help you set this up and administer this. Luckilly for you this forum is basically filled with such people. Good luck!
