Actually, I often always go outside. Play with friends. Go to shopping mall (and buying a lot of manga). That was my daily activity.
I also loves to walking around forest, watering plants, or cycling to the nearest town (20km). Lately, I start to try local geocaching.
If I don't maintain my health, I can't watch anime and read manga anymore, right?
