I came across this place through lainchan in the affiliates section and felt like giving it a whirl since I've never used a traditional style forum before. Anime isn't something I really got into until last summer but I've watched about half a dozen shows since then. Video games and reading have been my main hobbies for much longer. I'm interested in computers but don't know much about them. Seems like a nice sized community here, I hope can be a part of it.

Nowadays I mostly stick with historical fiction. James A. Michner, Ken Follet, that general area. I am reading Game of Thrones at the moment. Thanks for the welcome!
Just joined here myself haha, welcome mate, I'm the same only watched a handful of anime this past year, mainly work then free time is spent with overpriced games and books !

Gurren Lagann, Madoka Magica, Welcome to the NHK, Legend of the Galactic Heroes and Serial Experiments Lain to name a few. I'm about done with Ergo Proxy and just got started on Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
