uh, so basically we've moved to using hhvm again, but it's playing up a little and it sometimes takes 2-4 seconds for the PHP to render (but averages at 200ms).
i'll be sort of debugging the forum to see what's causing the slowdowns when i get home from my job interview later today, so i'll be closing the board for maintenance (probably when 90% of you are sleeping anyway).
sorry for the small inconvenience of the occasional 4 second page load, we'll have this resolved soon, even if it means ditching hhvm again :3.
