You cannot do that in real life, as with all digital creations no matter what they look like, you can look at it, play with them in their games, imagine it in your dreams and interact with them, but in no way whatsoever they'll physically pass over the barrier.
The closest thing you can do is just level her up and then put on a ring, but that is just it. One Kancolle player tried his very best to make Ooi his waifu for real after beating the Fall 2014 event only to find that the barrier law is effective.
