I will try ONE last time to see if I can invade the San Andreas state with anime mods, but this time documenting the clash between 2D and 3D elements as CJ tries his best like I would a normal playthrough for completion whilst resisting the urge to transform. I'll even try throwing in skins that were used by SA:MP users for increased realism. Using my knowledge and experience with Plague Inc. Evolved, CJ will be on the mayor's side in trying to find the source of the plague's origins and cure it before they get to him, the mayor, and the rest of the state. Will CJ save the state and resolve his family issues or will his "busta" ways allow the 2D plague to surge unchecked and bring forth a militaristic utopia? The current starting state population at game start will be at 7,967,965, spreading out disproportionately but realistically in the eight regions (Los Santos, Red, Flint, Whetstone, San Fierro, Tierra Robada, Bone, and Las Venturas).
This is how I envision the state at game start. On the first day, (January 1, 1992) the state is getting slammed by an unusual polar vortex shift just not long after the Introduction scenes. Yes, such a very rare type of weather event did occurred a few times in Los Angeles' history, even during wartime, even Hugo One did enjoyed having fun. Of course, the unrealistic game logic in models don't seem to care about the extreme cold and don't take HP damage unless stepping into the water. Already the earthquake from earlier did the state no favors, making traffic already aggressive only on the highways because they can't find a way how to get around and trains will stop long before passing the barricades. Time progression is slowed to about 1/5 of a real-life day due to anomalous weather interference, and if CJ interacts too much with the 2D characters, he will face a slow increase in risking being transformed into one of them.
As the story progresses with time passing becoming quicker and the media becoming more suspicious of the plague's intentions, there will be more powerful anime characters start coming in, the polar vortex receding which will bring forth the spring and more anomalous weather effects, expect public order in the state to decline even further. The mayor will try more drastic measures to curb the invasion in a realistic way, and of course, resources and capital reserves start dwindling. Its buildings, along with their sponsor signs, armaments, and even dealerships begin to transform too. Eventually, the San Andreas State Department would declare that it will turn into an active war zone (April 26, 1992) in a last ditch effort in preserving the 3D population from being transformed, similar to that of a zombie apocalypse.
How would the PoTUS respond to that kind of invasion in phases? Leave it to open speculation for me, because I wouldn't, but it'll be fun.
